TSDSI is proud to announce the 17th Knowledge Sharing Webinar under the aegis of India EU Partnership Project on "The value propositions of open standards in building a sustainable data economy for smart nations"

Topic Abstract:
While the initial focus for IoT-enabled smart cities was on IoT platforms and related applications, smart cities will seek to move-up the layers and build strategies for data economy leveraging their ICT and IoT investments.

Using open standards will be key in this journey. Their values pertain to fair and equal opportunities to stakeholders, larger ecosystem, citizen-centricity, lower total cost of ownership and most importantly paving the way for smart nations.

This webinar will explore the role of standards such as oneM2M and NGSI-LD in achieving this vision, leveraging an ongoing deployment in the city of Bordeaux.
