SyncTechno Inc., an IoT platform and solution provider based on S. Korea recently published an IEEE research article. This describes the design and pilot testing of an IoT-based service platform for an earthquake early warning system. The underlying system, which relies on oneM2M technical standards, highlighted the potential of IoT devices to react rapidly and effectively in seismic events.
